This document is the public offer of the “Rabotaet” service. It sets out the terms on which private server setup and related services are provided. The service is referred to as the “Provider”, and anyone who accepts the offer as the “Client”.
The Provider configures hardware and software rented by the Client from a third-party hosting provider in the Client’s own name, and advises on connecting devices.
The Provider does not lease servers, communication channels or internet access, is not a telecom operator and does not host the Client’s data.
Payment for the services constitutes acceptance. From that moment the contract is deemed concluded on the terms of this offer.
The Provider completes the setup within 12 hours of receiving access credentials, supplies device connection instructions and provides support for 30 calendar days after the setup is finished.
The Client independently enters into a contract with a hosting provider and pays for it, passes to the Provider the credentials needed for the setup, and changes the passwords once it is complete.
The price is defined by the plan selected on the website and is charged once. Payment is made by the methods listed in the “How to pay” section. Hosting provider fees are not included and are paid by the Client directly to that provider.
The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by the hosting provider, the telecom operator or the Client, nor for the availability of third-party services.
The Client alone determines how the configured server is used and is responsible for complying with the law applicable to them.
If the service cannot be delivered for technical reasons on the Provider’s side, the payment is refunded in full within 10 business days. If the service has been delivered and matches the description, the payment is non-refundable.
